Payment plans :
If you want to reserve an apartment and ask us stop offering it for sale, then you can send a deposit of 1000 EUR. After 14 days from the receiving the deposit we should sign the Preliminary contract.
Plan 1
First installment - 30 % of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract.
Second installment - 30 % of the asking price when the second concrete floor is completed.
Third installment – 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued.
Fourth installment – 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received.
Plan 2 - % discount subject to agreement.
First installment - 90 % of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract.
Second installment - 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received.
